Frequently asked questions
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free from €175; below that you pay a flat rate (NL €6.95, BE €12.95) that you see in your cart. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days (NL) and 2–3 business days (BE).
How does a pre-order work?
With a pre-order you reserve a product that has not been released yet. You pay when ordering and we ship as soon as the product arrives with us — usually on or around the official release date. The expected date is shown on the product page. Release dates can be changed by the manufacturer; we will keep you informed if that happens.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt you can return unopened, sealed products. Unfortunately we cannot take back products with an opened or damaged seal. Contact us at info@embertcg.nl and we will help you further.
