Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 ship the same day; delivery usually takes 1–2 business days (NL) and 2–3 business days (BE).

• Netherlands: €6.95 — free from €175
• Belgium: €12.95 — free from €175

From €75 you also get a free gift and from €300 a free booster. They appear automatically in your cart; the bar there shows how much you still need.

Packaging

We pack sealed products with extra protection all around, so boxes and corners arrive in clean condition. You receive a track & trace code as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Sealed products can be returned unopened and undamaged within that period; opened or unsealed products cannot be taken back. Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge until the moment of shipping. Email info@embertcg.nl with your order number and we will sort it out.
