Pre-orders

Reserve new sets before release. With a pre-order you secure a product that has not been released yet. You pay when ordering; we ship as soon as the stock arrives with us, usually on or around release day.

How it works

  1. Reserve – order as you normally would. The expected release date is shown on the product page.
  2. Stay informed – you receive a confirmation right away. If a release shifts or an allocation turns out smaller, you hear it from us immediately by email.
  3. Shipping – as soon as the product arrives, we pack your order carefully and ship in order of purchase.

Combining a pre-order with in-stock products? Then we ship the whole order once the pre-order arrives. Want the in-stock items sooner? Place them as a separate order.

You can cancel free of charge until the moment of shipping: email info@embertcg.nl with your order number.

How does a pre-order work?

With a pre-order you reserve a product that has not been released yet. You pay when ordering and we ship as soon as the product arrives with us — usually on or around the official release date. The expected date is shown on the product page. Release dates can be changed by the manufacturer; we will keep you informed if that happens.

What if a release is delayed or an allocation turns out smaller?

Unfortunately that sometimes happens with popular sets. We will inform you right away by email. If your order (or part of it) cannot be delivered, that part is refunded in full.

Is there a maximum quantity per customer?

For scarce releases we sometimes apply a maximum per customer, so as many collectors as possible get a chance. This is clearly stated on the product page.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge until the moment of shipping. Email info@embertcg.nl with your order number.
